What is a Textile Frame?

Textile frames are innovative display systems designed to present visuals printed on textile fabrics. Thanks to their structure, textile prints can be displayed in a perfectly smooth and taut way. A silicone beading (SEG) is sewn around the edges of the textile print and inserted into the aluminium profile, allowing the slightly stretchable fabric to be tensioned flawlessly. This creates a frameless appearance and ensures your brand visuals stand out when combined with high-quality printing.

With a 60 mm profile depth, we designed and manufactured the FF60 textile frame. It is ideal for wall mounting with its single-sided design.

The FF60 textile frame is a single-sided frame with custom size options. It has a 60 mm profile depth and reinforced corner joints for durability and easy mounting.

We manufacture FF60 textile frames in-house and can print on high-quality, compatible textile fabrics upon request. Customization is available according to your needs.

Although designed primarily for wall mounting, the frame can also be suspended from the ceiling using steel wires if required.

A back panel can be added upon request. This blocks light transmission and enhances color vibrancy in the visual.

FF60 textile frames can be produced in any size, though the design is especially suitable for medium-sized frames.

What printing methods are suitable for textile frames?

Textile printing plays a vital role in achieving high-quality visual results. The two main suitable methods are UV digital printing and sublimation printing.

UV Digital Printing transfers ink onto the fabric surface and instantly dries it using UV light. This technique fixes the colors onto the fabric surface.

Sublimation Printing allows the dye to penetrate the fabric fibers by turning from solid to gas without becoming liquid. The dye becomes part of the fabric, making it highly resistant to fading, heat, and bending.

Although we offer both methods, we recommend sublimation printing for the best durability and performance.

The FF60 textile frame is suitable for both sublimation and UV digital printing.
